YUREKA

0→1 PRODUCT DESIGN

Yureka was an early-stage shopping and decision-making platform designed to help consumers research, organize, and track high-consideration purchases across categories such as home goods, baby products, and consumer electronics.

As Lead Product Designer during the incubation stage, I partnered with founders and product stakeholders to define the initial user experience, product architecture, and core customer workflows. Starting with a blank slate, I led product discovery, user research, information architecture, and experience design for the platform's first release.

My work focused on helping users save and organize products, collaborate with shopping partners, track pricing changes, and make more informed purchase decisions. I translated early product concepts into wireframes, prototypes, and validated user flows that helped shape the foundation of the product and prepare it for development.

The project provided an opportunity to work through the ambiguity of a true 0→1 product, balancing customer needs, business objectives, and technical constraints while helping establish the product vision.
